Tonight Bridger and I had this conversation...
Bridger: "Mom, I love you."
Me: "I love you too, and guess what you are my favorite 3 year old?"
Bridger: "I am going to be 4 next month but don't worry we can still snuggle."
Me: "You can turn 4 but you have to stay little."
Bridger: "I have to turn 4 so I can be Tallys' age. I will still be little though mom
and I will only be 4 for a year."
Me: "Ok, you can turn 4, I suppose."
Bridger: "Mom, don't worry you are my favorite old mom."

That is the best conversation I have heard in a long time. It made me tear up a bit. I still feel that way at times. Our kids grew up and now the grandbabies are getting older and doing the same.
