Bridger...

Talks as much as his mom.
Uses full complete sentences to get his point across.
Was potty trained at 21 months.
Tells people his mom is having a baby girl. (for the record I'm not even pregnant, there is a girl in nursery at church whose mom is having a baby girl.)
Sometimes likes to hit his mom and than goes to timeout and counts to 5.
Eats anything and everything.
Loves his mommy and daddy.
Wants to do everything Jeremy does.
Is funny and makes us laugh.
Wants to be a cowboy like uncle Corde and Kellen.
Lovess to read books.
Loves to go to nursery.
Says the prayer and is thankful for anyone he knows.
Knows all of his aunts, uncles, and cousins by name.
Still sleeps in a crib.
Thinks he has 3 belly buttons.
Dresses like a stud. (due to his moms good taste)
Loves chocolate milk.
Can convince anyone he is sooo cute.
Loves his Napolean Dynamite boots. (Although we don't allow them to be worn in public)

Jeremy

Jeremy is still working at the mine for 4 days and harassing Bridger and I the other 4 days. He still snuggles with Buddy and is trying to teach Bridger to skateboard and snowboard. He can't wait until winter dumps plenty of snow so he can hit the slopes with his snowboard. Jeremy still makes me laugh until my stomach hurts and is the best dad ever. He cooks on his days off and puts Odessa's meals to shame even though she follows the recipe down to the T. He enjoys working on his truck in the garage and organizing it so Bridger can't get into everything including all of his tools. And yes for those of you who were wondering, Jeremy still gets made fun of for looking like a 16 year old! He will appreciate that someday...

Odessa

It's official. I am halfway through my first semester of nursing school. I would be lying if I said I hated it because I actually enjoy the learning part of it. Although it is time consuming, I feel I handle it alright. I have an A in the clinical part of it and a B in the lecture portion of school. Hopefully in 8 weeks those grades are still standing. I am so grateful for Jeremy. He is so supportive and at times when its frustrating he keeps me going. I think because its motivation that he can go to school when I am finished. Bridger is still too little to understand what school is exactly and he is a trooper most of the time too. Although last Friday he cried when I dropped him off at Grandma Jensens because he didnt want me to go to school. Luckily Jeremy works shift work and spends quite a few days with him as well.

Hunting Expedition

So on Wednesday I decided to go deer hunting, Odessa the supportive wife she is was okay with the idea and quite encouraging. I dont think she knew exactly what to expect, seeing as how last year I hunted and got nothing. If she knew the whole process I think she would have told me no! Lets just say Jeremy shot a deer, Odessa's joining PETA. On a more pleasant note bridger loves the deer, and we even named him Steve. Bridger will pet the deer and say the deer so cute mommy!!!

Think about this....

We bought Bridger a tool bench for his Birthday. Wednesday night Jeremy comes home from work and sees that Bridger has a plastic bolt in his mouth. Jeremy asks, "Bridger do you have something in your mouth," Bridger replies "umm, yes Teeth." Jeremy than turns to me and says "please tell me our son didnt just say what I think he did," I reply "Oh yes he did." We know which parent always has the smart remarks and guess Bridger got those genes as well.
We are still laughing about that one....

Walking

On Monday Bridger, Jeremy, Buddy, and I decided to take a walk around our neighborhood. It was chilly outside and Bridger insisted wearing his warm jammies and hat from last winter. He is becoming quite independent and stubborn as well. I wonder which parent those genes come from?

The Rodeo

Last Saturday Bridger and I went to Kaycee with Little Grandma and Grandpa to watch Corde rope. Corde caught both days and his partner missed both days. That was kind of a bummer.... When Corde came out of the barrier his hat flew off cause he went so fast and Bridger made sure I was aware that "Tords hat broke off his head!" We had a good time. Bridger likes to look at horses but it took him some time to warm up to Bullet. But he finally got up for a picture with Uncle Corde and one with Grandpa as well!
Bridgers cheeks are red because it was a warm day for September in Wyoming!
