Evil Knievel

Today I was busy in the kitchen making No Bake Cookies. Bridger is usually right at my feet saying "hold you," when I am in the Kitchen but I was under the impression today he was watching Little Einsteins. Bridger yells "look mommy," and I turn and this is what I saw.....

He told me "I ride on couch," with a huge grin on his face! Oh dear what am I in for?

Boys Home Alone

I had to work at the hospital today and Jeremy had the day off so he was able to spend it with Bridger. A little after lunchtime, I received these picture messages on my cell phone from Jeremy and this is what I discovered.....
(I'm assuming they had Spaghetti O's and Chocolate Ice Cream?)

The weekend

Bridger, Jewls, lil grandma, grandpa, and I went to Kool Deadwood Nites yesterday! We had a good time walking around and looking at the old cars and of course the people. Bridger also pooped in the toilet and is completely potty trained! The cue for him needing to go poop is "my tummy hurts." It is funny when I take him to the bathroom in public, it never fails that he states, "I farted." He laughs at himself and I have heard quite a few people burst out laughing as well. I think thats why they invented stalls in bathrooms so you dont get so embarassed when your kid talks about his bodily functions. By the way in the car on the way over to South Dakota, Jewls called me a Butt and 2 seconds later Bridger did too. His ears work great! If anyone wants to borrow him for a few days just let me know, he can sure make his momma crazy!

Bridger update

Bridger is getting bigger and smarter everyday! He mostly just throws fits and pouts until he thinks he has gotten his way. He is dramatic like his mom and stubborn like his father. He loves to follow Jeremy around and mimic his every move. For example, yesterday Jeremy and I had been laying rock in our yard and it was hot outside so Jeremy took his t-shirt and wiped his face and said "I'm sweating." Not even 5 seconds later, Bridger did the exact thing and stated, "I'm swtheating." It made us both chuckle!

My sister Chelsie and her husband Bryan just came out to Gillette for a fun visit. Bridger liked to call their son Madden, Madden RAE RAE! Chels also calls my little sister Josie, Margaret. It did not take long for Bridger to begin calling her "Magrit!" He says Hi to lots of strangers in Wal-Mart and when I tell him to say thank you, he replies, "thankyouyourwelcome." Hopefully he will learn he just needs to say thank you and the other person will tell him you're welcome!

Its amazing the things that their little brains pick up on. He remembers quite a few things so I have had to quit telling him things I dont really mean. (When you wake up from your nap you can have fruitsnacks) Right when he wakes up he yells, "fruit nacks."

He keeps Jeremy and I on our toes! When I start school in a few weeks maybe I can use him to help me study? Here are a few recent photos of the little buster!

A trip to wal-mart with sunglasses he refused to take off!

Bridger holding his cousin "Madden RAE RAE."

I think I have seen this outfit on a Hanes commercial, guy in white shirt and boxers?

Bridger riding a little pink car outside the Sonic in Rock Springs, WY. This face is a popular deer in the headlight look, if you ask my sister Morgan he has made it since he came out of the womb!

Can we take a vote, Does Bridger look like Odessa or Jeremy? I say he is a clone of Jeremy!

Kenny Chesney

On August 6th I went to the Kenny Chesney concert in Sturgis, SD. It was a blast, partially because we shoved our way to about 10 feet from the stage! I went with my mom, Josie, Jewls, Chelsie and her son Madden (2 mos old), Marlee, Laura, Missy, and my moms friend Amy. We knew most of the songs even the ones Kenny sang that he didn't write! It took us about 2 hours to go 5 miles, which is incredible considering the town of Sturgis is only about 5000 people but with the Rally it was packed! Finally about 1 a.m. we decided to call it a night (along with the other 25000 people that attended the concert) and head home. We were waiting patiently in line to exit the parking lot when the car next to me started calling me rude names and flipping me off. They wanted to get in front of me but after that I was not going to let them. All of a sudden a very larger girls gets out of the car and stands right in front of my Yukon! I attempt to run her over but instead my mom puts her entire upper body out of the car and starts ripping her a new one. At this point all of us girls in my car were laughing. I than roll down my window and state that I have no problem running her over and I suggest she move. Needless to say once the line started moving I stayed within 6 inches of the car in front of me and never let them in. It was quite humorous and it only took us about 1 hour to leave the concert and get to the interstate! I finally arrived home a little before 4 a.m.! What a night! Here are a few pics from the evening....Me, Marlee, Chels and Madden, Jewls, and Missy (above)

The Lake

Last Saturday Josie, Bridger, and I went out to the lake with our friends the Bilbrey's. It was so much fun. Josie and I went tubing and about peed our pants laughing so hard. Bridger liked it especially when he got to jump off the boat into the lake. He is so cute in a life jacket. His best friend Jaxon and him are quite the pair when it comes to getting into TROUBLE! Jeremy was up in the mountains with a group of boys on a supposed to be 20-mile hike in 2 days. It ended up being close to 30 miles and he was a little exhausted. He took the camera and got some amazing pictures of the bighorn mountains!
