Bridger Turns 2!

Sunday Afternoons....

Sunday afternoons at the Jensen household. Wait a sec I didn't get to enjoy it like the boys.... I had to take a picture and study!
Saturday evenings after a bath. He loves pajamas with the feet in the bottom!

Bridger and some.....

One of Bridger's Favorite things to do is feed and "groom" buddy. He would fill the entire 5 quart bowl a couple times a day if we would allow it and he would probably even add some of his food as well. I caught him the other night feeding him 10 minutes after he had just fed him. What a tricky little buster? Bridger also loves to take the dog brush and comb Buddys' fur, I dont think Buddy enjoys it quite as much as lil digger... Buddy is such a good dog and the two of them are the best of friends most of the time. Right when Bridger wakes up in the morning and at nap time, Buddy wags his tail and waits next to Bridges' door...

Update

Well I have made it through my first 2 weeks of nursing school and I am still alive and kicking. We had our first test yesterday and unlike the rest of the class I didn't stress or study too hard and passed with a 90%. I was pretty proud of myself even though Jeremy kept making fun of me because he says "its only 1 Odessa." Jeremy has had the chance to spend time with Bridger while I'm at school or at the hospital. Jeremy took Bridger to Home Depot which is one of their favorite places because Bridger loves the "car carts" and Jeremy just loves the store in general! On Wednesday I came home from school and while Jeremy and I were talking, Bridger took his underwear off and put them on his head. He also had a shoestring around his head as a necklace that he thinks looks like a snake. He is ALL boy and still out of control as ever...

Little Things....

Tonight as Brigder and I were saying prayers a funny little thing happened. It was like one of those prayers back at the Skinner household that someone got the giggles and than the domino effect occured. I said "and we are so grateful for daddy" and in Bridgers sweetest voice he began to name everyone, "mommy, Odessa, Jeremy, Grandma, Madden RAY RAY, muffin, Jamie (Jeremy's sister), aunt Dewls, Dosie, Torde, Aunt Morgan, and Kayla (Kimmie Gibbler)." I began to giggle after the 5th person and Bridger than said "No laughing." I guess he listens and understands when we are praying to Heavenly Father. Even though I laughed it gave me a warm feeling inside and made me even more grateful for my little Digger!

Babysitter Corde

Corde babysat for a few hours today and I received these 2 texts from him....

"As you can see Im glad we made it to the toilet"

Thanks Uncle Corde for the graphic pics. Someday you will bring your wife home and we will get out the pictures of when we used to dress you up like a girl and paint your nails! Luckily, Bridge at this age doesn't care that you take his picture on the toilet and what he makes while sitting there....

The Park

Saturday after the evil knievel stunt, Bridger was in desperate need of a nap. I told him that if he took a really good nap we would go to the park when he woke up. After talking for about 20 minutes he fell asleep at 2 p.m. 3 hours later, I hear him say"Mom, I wake up, go to park now." So I hurry into his room and grab him from his crib. He tells me he needs his shoes and goes peepee toilet and off we go to the park.... (By the way, a 3 hour nap is GREAT for him) If only Fall wasn't right away the corner I could use this bribe daily!
