Bridger loves Max!

Here are a few pics from the beginning days with Max.... Bridger is happy when Max is asleep and sad when he gets in trouble for poking him in the eyes (don't worry Max didn't cry too hard). Bridge never liked the swing until he saw that Max got to sit in it. At least he doesn't weigh too much...By the way, Max has the cutest dimples!

Kimmie Gibbler

Well now that it is beginning to feel like spring in Gillette, we get to spend more time outside with our "new" neighbors. There is a little girl that lives across the street named Kayla. She is 8 years old and is the youngest of 4 kids (the others are 15, 16, and 21). So obviously she gets bored at her house and likes to hang out over at ours with Bridger. Well tonight we were playing outside and we told her we were going to go inside and eat. We started setting the table and got a little surprise outside our patio door. I opened it and told her we would come out when we were finished but she insisted that she would just wait and watch from outside. Jeremy said it was the first time in his life he had an audience while eating dinner. Shayla, Jeremy, and I decided we might just have a Kimmie Gibbler on our hands, oh dear! We got a good laugh and good picture while we were at it. The pictures aren't very clear because we were trying to be sneaky.

New Roommates

Shayla and her 2-month-old son Max moved in last week. Her husband Brig was deployed to Iraq and she is going to spend a few months with us until she moves to Provo to go back to school. I have especially enjoyed having them around because I love holding babies. Bridger is funny with Max, he gets jeoulous when I hold him. The other day Shayla and I were in the Kitchen and Max was fussing on the floor in the living room. We could see him but apparently Bridger didn't like that. Bridge came in and kept saying "quiyin" to Shayla. At first I didn't know what he was trying to tell her but than he walked over to Max and tried to pick him up. Thats when we realized he was telling her Max is Crying! It was cute too see him so concerned. Here are the boys in there Sunday attire...Watch out Bridger, it wont be long until Max can pick on you!

Our other child....

Jeremy scolded me for not ever talking about our other baby....Buddy that is. He is still same old Buddy except now everyday he fears for his life. Bridger harasses him ALL the time. For example, he likes to pull his tail and say go, go, go! The other day Bridger actually fell and held on for dear life as Buddy tried to get him to let go, little did he know Bridger was thinking it was a joy ride and was actually drug a few feet...oops. (Jeremy was at work for that one) I was laughing to hard I couldn't tell him to stop or put him in timeout. He also likes to ride Buddy like a bull and hang onto his long fur. Buddy is going in for a haircut soon and we will post updated pics. He is still spoiled and a few pounds overweight as you can see! Buddy was soaking up the sun on the back deck safe from the wrath of Bridger (only for a little while longer until Bridge learns to open the patio door).

The song

The song you here when you open the blog is Bridgers favorite. We have XM Radio in our car and whenever he hears this song, I turn around and glance and he has a HUGE grin on his face. Next as the song starts playing he starts kicking his feet and moving his head. Sometimes he even gets his arms waving....funniest thing I have ever seen. (By the way, he only does it to this song)

Here we go...

The pictures are of course of Bridger doing the little busy things he loves to do. We bought a pass to the rec center and Bridger would spend his whole day there if we allowed it. The other night I got him in his "basketball" clothes and told him to go get his "basketball" shoes. These are what he came out wearing.... (by the way, I bought them at a garage sale before he was born and they probably wont fit until he is 5! I finally had to hide them because they are his favorite...kinda scary)

I just cannot believe a month goes by that I don't blog. Bridger is growing too fast and talking too much. He says any word you ask him too but still does not got potty in the toilet all the time. I got up this morning and tried to convince him to pee in the toilet for 45 minutes, didn't work I put his diaper back on and 2 minutes later he told me "wet diaper." Sometimes I want to beat him but he is just too dang cute. Our favorite word he says is ok, except he pronounces it "uhg kay." (imagine it with a high accent and if you want to hear just call and he will do it on the phone.) :) Jeremy and I both just laugh when he says it. He picks up the funniest things, he actually says that because when he says milk or snacks, he pauses and than says ok. We say ok too him and he just assumes that means it a go deal. The worst part about that word is we catch ourselves saying it like that. Jeremy actually said it to a guy at work and felt like a moron. oops!

He also loves to go to Aunt Jewls' soccer games although I spend more time keeping him off the field than I actually get to watch. Bridger also loves the word soccerball and actually pronounces all the syllables. Today we spent 3 hours at the fields and got sunburned, I am anxious to see if Bridger turns brown tomorrow or just goes back to white. Haha I know he will go red to pink back to white, thats courtesy of me his mom!

I only have 2 weeks left in the semester and I am way excited. Shayla and Max will be moving in this week and oh what a treat for them. Shayla will pray every night that Max can stay small so she can control him once she hangs with Bridger for a few days. Just kidding we love our little Bridge even when he repeats the naughty words his mom uses.
